2008-09 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field – Recorded a finish of 2:24.57 in the 800-meter run at the Akron Open, her top time of the season…posted a season personal-best 1:02.25 in the 400-meter dash at the Doug Raymond Invitational…clocked a 1:21.11 in the 500-meter dash at the Golden Flash Gala, a personal season best.

Outdoor Track and Field – Did not compete.

Prior to Kent State

Three-time All Portage Trail Conference and Academic All-Ohio selection at Woodridge High School…member of three-time PTC Championship teams (2006, 2007, 2008)…member of two record-setting relay teams (4x800 and 4x400) and holds the school record in the 300 hurdles at WHS…graduated as her class valedictorian…honored as the Bulldogs top female student-athlete as a senior…earned four letters in cross country and four more in track and field at WHS…member of National Honor Society and served as treasurer…also served as class secretary.
