JD Lumley joined Kent State's staff in the summer of 2013 as video coordinator.

Lumley spent the 2011 and 2012 seasons as video coordinator and outside linebackers coach at Walsh University.

A native of Carrollton, Ohio, Lumley played at Mount Union, before transferring to Kent State, where served as a student assistant from 2006-08.
