Kevin Hyland joined the football staff in July of 2013 to serve as offensive graduate assistant. A graduate of Kent State, Hyland will concentrate on the Flashes' wide receivers.
Hyland brought four years of college coaching experience with a focus on wide receivers. He spent the 2008 season at Dordt College in Iowa before coaching at Carroll University in Wisconsin during the 2009 and 2010 seasons. Hyland then returned to John Carroll University in 2011, where he played wide receiver during the 2003 and 2004 seasons.
Most recently, Hyland coached wide receivers and defensive backs at Rocky River High School in 2012. He finished his undergraduate studies at Kent State, earning a bachelor's degree in 2008.
