• Finished fifth on the team with 68 tackles

• Led both sides with career-high 13 tackles againstTemple
• Made 11 tackles against Army
• Matched previous career-high of eight tackles at Toledo,including six solo stops
2009 Freshman Season
• Earned first career start at Eastern Michigan Oct. 17
• Made 26 tackles on the season
• Made a season-high eight stops against Iowa State Sept.19
• Played in 10 games and was one of nine true freshmen toletter
Prior To Kent State
• Second-team All-Ohio selection and conference defensiveMVP his senior season when he recorded 130 tackles for the secondconsecutive year
• Special mention all-state as a junior
• Two-time all-league and all-district honoree
• Two-time team captain at Nordonia High School
• Team MVP as a senior
• Helped team to region title as a sophomore andback-to-back conference crowns in 2006 & ‘07
• Was also a three-year letterwinner in baseball
