Ashland won the event by one stroke ... Tied for sixth at the Wayne State Motor City Invitational with a one under 143 (73-70) ... Tied for 11th at the Findlay Outback Steakhouse Invite ... Averaged 74.58 for the year.
High School / Amateur
Played at Medina High School, earning First Team All-Conference and All-Ashland Gazette honors as a junior and senior ... Took home Second Team All-District accolades both years as well ... Helped lead the Bees to the Pioneer Conference Championship in 2005 and 2006 ... During his career, Medina made two state appearances, and went 63-3 in dual meets — including a 40-match win streak — while winning 10 team tournaments ...
