2008-09 Junior Season

Cross Country – Was the team’s top finisher at the MAC Championships and garnered First-Team All-MAC recognition with a fourth-place finish in 24:44.4, his best time of season…led the way for KSU at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships where he clocked a 32:09.3…posted the team’s top time at the Penn State National with a 25:57 finish…time of 26:02.1 was Kent State’s top finish at the Ohio Intercollegiate Cross Country Championship.

Indoor Track and Field – Took fourth place and secured the team’s top time of season in the 5,000-meter run at the MAC Championships with a 14:37.83 finish…placed fifth at the conference finals in the 3,000-meter run by clocking an 8:34.42…recorded the team’s top 3,000-meter run time at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 8:28.17…timed in at 4:15.49 in the mile run at the Golden Flash Gala, his top time of the season in the event.

Outdoor Track and Field – Was the team’s top 10,000-meter runner of the season thanks to time of 30:36.11 at the Gina Relays…owned team’s best 5,000-meter run time of the season at the Reebok Raleigh Relays by timing in at 14:35.70…his season personal-best finish in the 1,5000-meter run was a time of 3:57.82 at the All-Ohio Championships…took seventh place at the MAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run by clocking a 14:47.87.

2007-08 Sophomore Season

Cross Country - Ran a 26:04.6 to finish30th at the MAC Championships...recorded a fifth-place finish at theFalcon Invitational in 25:29.13...clocked a 27:29.8 at the All-OhioChampionships for 47th…earned first career victory at the Lock HavenInvitational with a time of 32:04...placed fourth with a time of15:22.5 at the Kent State Short Course Relays.

Indoor Track and Field - Finished seventh overall inthe 5,000 meters (15:17.11) at the 2008 MAC Championships…ran aseason-best 1:56.37 in the 800 meters at the Ohio State Dual…set theGolden Flashes’ school record in the 3,000 meters with a time of8:18.36 at the Eastern Michigan Classic…also registered the Flashes’fastest time in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:32.71 at theSykes-Sabock Challenge.

Outdoor Track and Field - Finished third overall in the 10,000 meters at the 2008 MAC Championships with a time of 30:11.47…also finished eighth in the 5,000 meters (15:16.75) at the same meet…ran a season-best 3:57.81 in the 1,500 meters at the Campbell-Wright Open…established a season-best in the 3,000 meters (8:41.45) at the Akron Quad…recorded the Golden Flashes’ fastest times in the 5,000 meters (14:32.85) at the Jesse Owens Classic and the 10,000 meters (30:11.47) at the MAC Championships.

2006-07 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field - Placed 10th in the MAC in the3000 meters with a final time of 8:27.41...finished second in the Akrondual in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:37.39...opened the indoorseason with a fifth place finish in the 3000 meters, finishing theevent in 8:42.72.

Outdoor Track and Field - Placed 13th at the MAC Championships in the 5000 meter run in 15:20.31...took ninth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 9:28.60 and timed in at 1:57.32 for 17th at the All-Ohio Championships...finished eighth at the Akron Quad in 3:57.63 in the 1,500 meters...crossed the finish line in 9:24.40 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase for 10th at the Duke Asics Invitational...recorded a 10th-place finish in 8:27.39 in the 3,000 meters.

Prior to Kent State

Won back-to-back state crowns in cross country (2004-2005)...named indoor state champion the mile and 800 meters for Salem High School...three-time state qualifier in the 3200 meters and two-time qualifier in the 4x800...coached by Todd Huda.
