2008-09 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field – Named the MAC’s Most Valuable Performer at the conference championships…placed second at the MAC Championships in the 60-meter dash by clocking a time of 6.84, the team’s top time of the season in the event and sixth-fastest all-time…clocked a 21.46 in the 200-meter dash at the MAC Championships to take second place…member of the 4x400-meter relay team that took gold at the MAC Championships in 3:12.01, the team’s second-best time of the season…time of 21.35 in the 200-meter dash at the Tyson Invitational was the team’s top finish of the season and ranks third all-time…also received MAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week recognition for his performance at the Tyson…member of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked a 3:11.06 at the Tyson Invitational, the second-fastest time in school history.

Outdoor Track and Field – Recorded the team’s second-best time in the 200-meter dash with a 21.85 finish at the Weems Baskin Relays…finished eighth in the 100-meter dash at the MAC Championships with a time of 23.53.

Prior to Kent State

Finished third overall in the 100 (10.60) and 200 meters (21.26) at the 2008 Ohio State High School Track and Field Championships…established school records in the 200 meters (21.26) and 400 meters (48.93) that same season at Toledo Bowsher…personal-best in the 60 meters was 6.99…named the Toledo City Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior at Bowsher High School…member of the Rebels 4x200-meter relay team that finished sixth at the 2006 Ohio State Championships…also participated in football at BHS.
