2008-09 Junior Season
Cross Country – Was the team’s top finisher at the MAC Championships, crossing the finish line in 17:40.0 to take 12th place and receive First-Team All-MAC recognition…also recorded the team’s best time at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a 22:58.1 finish.
Indoor Track and Field – Clocked the team’s best time of the season in the 3,000-meter run at the Kent State Dual with a time of 9:59.64…took bronze in the mile run at the MAC Championships with a time of 4:54.39, her best time of the season in the event…finished the 1,000-meter run in 2:52.66 at the Kent State Tune-Up, a season personal best…member of the distance medley relay team that captured MAC gold by finishing in 11:43.56 at the conference finals….earned MAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week honors after winning the women’s mile with a time of 4:57.58…named Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.
Outdoor Track and Field – Posted the team’s top 3,000-meter run time of the season with a 10:24.71 at the Northeast Ohio Quad… a 4:34.00 in the 1,500-meter run at the All-Ohio Championships was good enough for second best on the team during the season…member of the distance medley relay team that shattered the school record in the event at the Drake Relays with a time of 11:32.30…timed in at 2:17.24 in the 800-meter run at the Campbell-Wright Open, a season personal best…her season personal-best time in the 5,000-meter run came at the MAC Championships where she crossed the finish line in 18:08.18.
2007-08 Sophomore Season
IndoorTrack and Field - Ran the anchor leg of the Golden Flashes’ distancemedley relay team that finished second at the MAC Championships with atime of 11:51.90…that performance earned her All-MAC Second Teamhonors…recorded a season-best 10:17.03 in the 3,000 meters at the AkronDual…ran a season-best 5:05.05 in the mile at the Eastern MichiganClassic.
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished third in the 1,500 meters at the 2008 MAC Championships with a time of 4:44.73… also placed 18th in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 18:48.02 at the same meet…recorded a season-best of 4:38.88 in the 1,500 meters at the All-Ohio Championships…ran a season-best 2:20.47 in the 800 meters at the Akron Quad.
2006-07 Freshman Season
Indoor Track and Field -Finished in 24th place in the mile at the Kent State Tune-Up in a timeof 5:36.43...placed 26th in the mile at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cupwith a time of 5:37.48...at the Akron Open, she placed 12th in the 800meters in a time of 2:20.97...notched a fifth place finish in the mileat the Akron Dual in 5:20.74...recorded a second place finish in the3000 meters at the Youngstown State Dual in a time of11:07.60...finished in fifth place at the Doug Raymond Invitational inthe 800 meters in a time of 2:26.66...was 11th in the mile at theGolden Flash Gala in a time of 5:36.41.
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished 10th in the 1,500 meters with a season-best time of 4:43.05 at the MAC Championships…clocked in at 4:47.06 in the 1,500 at the All-Ohio Championships…finished fourth in the 800 meters (2:21.88) at the Northeast Ohio Quad Meet…finished seventh with a time of 2:22.31 in the 800 meters at the Campbell/Wright Open…competed in the 1,500 meters (4:54.28) at the Arizona State Clif Bar Invitational…finished with a time of 4:56.29 in the 1,500 at the Duke Asics Invitational.
Prior to Kent State
A two-time All-Ohio Academic and Athletic honoree in both cross country and track and field…also a First Team All-Sandusky Bay Conference selection as a junior and senior…received second team honors as a sophomore…established school records in the 800 meters (2:19), 1,600 meters (5:07.14), 3,200 meters (11:21) and 5,000 meters (18:56) as a senior at Oak Harbor High School…qualified for regionals as a sophomore…lettered in track and field and cross country for the Rockets.
