2008-09 Sophomore Season
Indoor Track and Field – Posted a team-best 4,881 points – fourth most in school history -- in the heptathlon at the MAC Championships, good for fifth place.
Outdoor Track and Field – Posted the second-most decathlon points on team of the season at the All-Ohio Championships with 6,225…posted the team’s second-best high jump of the season during the decathlon at the All-Ohio Championships with a winning leap of 6’-8.25”.
2007-08 Freshman Season
Indoor Track and Field - Finished second in thehigh jump as part of the heptathlon with a leap of 6’-06.25” at the2008 MAC Championships…placed third in the heptathlon 60 meters with atime of 7.34…recorded a season-best 7.31 in the 60 meters at the GoldenFlash Gala…ran a season-best 23.20 in the 200 meters at the Ohio StateDual…registered a season-best 50.68 in the 400 meters at theSykes-Sabock Challenge…had a season-best height of 6’-6.25” in the highjump at the MAC Championships…recorded a season-best leap of 20’-5.75”in the long jump at the Eastern Michigan Classic…recorded a season-besttotal in the heptathlon when he totaled 4,079 points at the GoldenFlash Gala.
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished sixth in the men’s decathlon at the 2008 MAC Championships with a season-best total of 6,045 points…registered wins in the 100 meters (11.51), high jump (6’-7”), 400 meters (50.41), and 1,500 meters (4:40.94) as part of the decathlon…his time in the 100 meters and height in the high jump were both personal season-bests…ran the second leg of the Golden Flashes’ 4x100 meter relay team that placed fifth overall with a time of 42.20 at the same meet…also recorded a season-best in the 110-meter hurdles (16.67) at the conference championships…at the Akron Quad, he registered a season-best leap of 21’-4.75” in the long jump.
Prior to Kent State
Four-time all-league honoree at Webster Schroeder High School...finished senior year ranked fourth in New York State and ninth nationally in the high jump with a leap of 6’-8”...won high jump at the Empire State Games as a sophomore at WSHS...personal-bests in the high jump (6’-8”) 400 meters (49.80), 200 meters (22.00) and triple jump (43’-6”)…member of 2006 Dristrict I Champions with the Warriors.
