Prior to Kent State: Led the Deerfield Beach Bucks to the Big 8 Conference and Florida 6A state championships her sophomore and junior seasons...finished 6A state runner-up her senior season...earned three varsity letters while playing for the Bucks...in one year playing for Jefferson College, she averaged 17.6 points and 4.6 assists per game...finished 14th in the nation with 3.49 steals per game...shot 78 percent from the free throw line and pulled down four rebounds per game...named a third team Junior College All-American... led the Vikings to a 31-5 record and a conference and Region XVI championships...earned Region XVI Player of the Year honors...also earned MCCCAC all-conference honors...was coached by Kevin Emerick at Jefferson and coached by Portia Williams at Deerfield Beach.
