De’Jovia Davis was promoted to Director of Basketball Operations in July 2023 after joining the Kent State's women's basketball staff as a graduate assistant the previous year.
Davis joined the Golden Flashes as a graduate assistant last summer and helped increase the program's social media presence with her photography and videography skills.
Prior to Kent State, Davis worked four seasons with the Pitt women’s basketball program as a student manager. She served as the head student manager during her final two seasons and worked closely with the Director of Basketball Operations and Director of Recruiting Operations.
Davis graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in urban studies.
