2009-10: Suffered a season-ending injury in opening weekend at Hokie Open...scored an 8-0 major decision over Newberry's Josh Tuck...earned starting nod to begin the season with intrasquad scrimmage win over Casey Newburg.
2008-09: Finished the season 14-15 and 1-4 in the MAC at 174 pounds...placed sixth at both the Oklahoma Gold tournament (11/8) and the Body Bar Invitational (11/22)...recorded 10 decisions, two major decisions and a tech fall.
2007-08: Finished fourth in the 174-pound weight class at the MAC Championships...recorded a 13-25 record, including a 1-4 Mid-American Conference record...finished sixth at the Body Bar Invitational with a 2-3 record...went 2-1 at the Lock Haven Duals, contributing to KSU’s 3-0 record.
2006-07: Was redshirted and wrestled unattached...posted a record of 6-8 with two major decisions...placed fourth at the Cleveland State Open.
Prior to Kent State: Was a four-year letter-winner at Western Reserve High School... compiled a career record of 138-32...was a three-time state qualifier and a state runner-up as a junior...won a conference championship in three consecutive seasons...earned district and sectional championships as a junior...posted a 29-3 record as a senior and a 39-3 mark as a junior...was coached by Rob Jennings...earned four varsity letters in both football and baseball.
