2006-07: Won his second straight MAC title at 157 pounds and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament where he earned one victory... posted a record of 21-13 including four major decisions... had a dual meet record of 10-7 and a MAC record of 3-2... avenged earlier losses in the season in the MAC championship match and his lone victory at the NCAA Tournament... received Kent State Athlete of the Week one time during the year... reeled off six straight wins from Jan. 13-Jan. 28... went 3-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational.

2005-06: Won a Mid-American Conference championship at 157 and earned automatic bid to NCAA Tournament... Posted a 29-9 record with two major decisions and one technical fall... Was a co-champion at the Oklahoma Gold Invitational... Finished fourth at Body Bar Invitational... Placed seventh at Southern Scuffle... Went 4-1 in MAC duals.

2004-05: was a Third-Team Freshman All-American by Amateur Wrestling News... Tied for second on the squad in wins with a 21-19 record... was 1-4 in MAC duals... went 3-2 to finish third at the MAC Championships... also placed third at the Kent State Open and fourth at the Southern Scuffle... won six straight matches at KSU Open after dropping first contest.

2003-04: Was redshirted... posted a 7-4 record at 157 pounds wrestling unattached.

Prior to Kent State: Division II state champion at 140 pounds as a senior in Padua Franciscan High School... was 34-1 as a senior and placed seventh at Senior Nationals to earn All-American honors... North Coast League MVP... won three sectional championships and one district title in his career... career record of 135-27, including 74-6 his last two years... placed among top three in the conference, sectional and district all four years... coached by Dave Morrell and Jerry Scott.
