Raise Money for Your Group by Selling Tickets with Fundraising Opportunities

KENT, Ohio — Flash it Forward and Fundraising are just two of the many ways to Rise as One with the Kent State football team this season.
The Flash it Forward program is a great opportunity for business and community leaders to give back. Flash It Forward is how Kent State fans can "pay it forward." Your donations or unused tickets will allow the Athletic Department to invite groups like Akron Children's Hospital, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and other youth organizations to a Division I college football game. This program also ensures that all military men and women can get into Kent State games for free.
Fundraising opportunities are also available for all home games. Organizations can just pick the game and start selling tickets. It's a simple and easy way to raise money. The Organization will keep $5 from every $10 ticket they sell to their selected game. It is a great fundraising opportunity for youth sport organizations as well as Non-Profit organizations. Under First Year Head Coach Darrell Hazell, the Golden Flashes had a strong finish to the 2011 season winning four of their final five games. Now with a team full of experienced veterans and an influx of highly talented recruits, the team is looking to "Rise As One" and continue its pursuit of the MAC championship. There has never been a better time to become a part of the excitement surrounding the up and coming program.

The 2012 home schedule for the Golden Flashes begins on Thursday night, August 30 against Towson. Kent State will then host MAC opponents Ball State (Sept. 29), Western Michigan (Oct. 20), Akron (Nov. 3) and Ohio (Nov. 23).
Season ticket prices start at only $40 for General Admission seating.
Renew your season tickets by July 1 to enter into a drawing for a trip to Rutgers. (One entry for each ticket purchased). New season ticket holders meanwhile will get entered to win a Fan Experience package during a home football weekend complete with hotel and dinner. (One entry for each ticket purchased).
