KENT, Ohio – Four errors allowed four unearned runs for Kent State on Sunday, resulting in a 6-4 loss in the finale with Miami.

The Golden Flashes answered with a run in the bottom of the inning after a Jon Wilson double and Alex Miklos single. They added another run in the 8th on a solo homerun by Justin Wagler, but the RedHawks tagged on another of their own in the 9th to make it a 6-4 final.
To start off the game, Kent State scored first in the opening frame when Wilson tripled and Miklos scored him on a sacrifice fly. They took a 2-0 lead after the 3rd on a Zach Beckner double and another sacrifice, this time by Wilson.
