Kent State's Jennifer Ha shot a 73, 1-over during the third round of the Canadian Pacific Women's Open, bringing her to 2-under overall entering the final round of the LPGA event on Sunday.
Ha had an up-and-down day, beginning with a birdie, followed by two bogeys. Two more bogeys on holes five and six brought her to even before two birdies to make the turn at 2-under.
The Golden Flash is tied for 60th place and is shooting better than the No. 13 and No. 19 ranked players in the world in the event.
"Jennifer has played some exceptional golf so far," said Head Coach Greg Robertson, who is Ha's caddie for the tournament. "She's playing on the biggest stage for women's golf and she's handled it quite well all week."
Ha will tee off at 8:35am in the final round on Sunday. She is paired with professionals Lexi Thompson and Lindsey Wright. Thompson is currently ranked No. 6 in the world and won the first LPGA major this year.
"Today's round was a bit up and down, but she held it together to put herself in good position going into the final round," Robertson added. "It's going to be a great experience for her to play in a LPGA Tour event on Sunday with the No. 6 player in the world."
Robertson himself has proven his success as a caddie, now making the cut in all six LPGA tournaments he's been a part of.
So Yeon Ryu continues to have a comfortable lead at 20-under, four strokes above two players vying for second place. All the coverage of the final round of the Canadian Pacific Women's Open on Sunday will be available at lpga.com.
