Kim Earns Second MAC Golfer of the Week Honor

The Mid-American Conference announce Thursday that Kent State's Taylor Kim was named the Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational.
Kim entered this week's event as the No. 17 ranked player in the nation and went on to tie for second place. The senior led after the first two rounds on day one and finished one stroke behind the leader after rounds of 68-73-71 to finish 4-under with a 212 final score.
This is the second MAC award for Kim as she also was named Golfer of the Week after winning the second event of the season. Kim has finished in the top 5 in three of the four tournament this fall and currently has a season scoring average of 71.50 and -0.25 versus par.
