• The Flashes' last victory in the matchup was a 77-39 win at home in 2010

Since 2010-11
• There are a lot of things that haven't happened since Kent State's last winning season in 2010-11 but that are happening already this year:
• The team will be either at or above .500 through the first ten games
• The 2016-17 season began at 2-0
• A 25-point season-opening victory was the largest win since December 21, 2010
• The ten-point road win on Wednesday was the first road win by ten or more points since November 16, 2010
• The similarities hopefully will continue on as the 2010-11 squad finished the season 20-10 and 11-5 in conference play

• After the break the Flashes will return to action at Iowa on December 20 and at Minnesota on December 22
• The team will return to the M.A.C. Center to open Mid-American Conference play against Central Michigan on Saturday, December 31 at 1 p.m.Â
