PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Kent State soccer team (1-1-1) tied with Pitt (2-0-1), 1-1, on Friday evening at Ambrose Urbanic Field in the Steel City. The Golden Flashes once again answered with a key second period goal this season, and the defense held the remainder of the match to earn the draw.
The Panthers took an early lead in the 15th minute on an Anna Rico score, and responded in the second period.
