
Flashes Face Ball State in Regular Season Finale

The No. 22 Kent State field hockey team (11-5, 5-1 MAC) will travel to Muncie, Indiana to square off against the Ball State Cardinals on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m.
This will be the Flashes last regular season contest before the Mid-American Conference tournament on Friday, Nov. 5 and Saturday, Nov. 6.
SCOUTING BALL STATE
Ball State finished the 2021 Spring season with an overall record of 6-10 and are 4-12 this Fall. They return four of their top five point scorers in Maureen Donegan (7), Kerrianne McClay (6), Emma Hilton (4), and Michaela Graney (4). Freshman Agostina Giudice and junior Lexi Kansky lead the way in points for the Cardinals this season with 7 and 4, respectively.
THE SERIES
Kent State last battled Ball State this past Spring winning by a score of 2-0. The Flashes now hold a 38-33 all-time series advantage over the Cardinals.
