SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Kent State men's golf team finished a strong effort at the Fighting Irish Classic that saw the team finish in fourth amidst a field of 14 teams.

Josh Gilkison wrapped things up in South Bend with a tie for fourth place, carding a 204 overall, six strokes under par, including a 69 on the final day.
Vandette finished in a tie for sixth just one stroke off the pace of his teammate thanks to a career-best 64 in the final round on Tuesday.
