
Women's Golf Wraps Up Day One Of UCF Challenge

ORLANDO, Florida – Kent State will enter day two of the UCF challenge with some work to do amidst a loaded field of nine top-50 opponents.
The Flashes posted a team score of +4, to sit alone in 16th after the first full day of action.
Senior Emily Price was the only member of the team under par on day one, carding a 71 on the day thanks to strong strokes on holes 9 and 14.
Sophomore Mayka Hoogeboom and Freshman Jennifer Gu won't enter the second day far behind, each sitting just one stroke over par ahead of Noramol Nuchsila +3 and Chloe Salort +4
The tournament will resume on Monday with a shotgun start scheduled for 8:45 am.
