Breitenstine in Top-50 After Day One of Norman Regional

NORMAN OKL.... It was a rough day on the links for the Kent State Men's golf team on Monday, but opportunities lie ahead for the Flashes with the second and third rounds of the tournament still ahead.
Cade Breitenstine led the team on Monday carding a 75, good enough to finish the opening round in a tie for 45th.
The hosts in #1 Oklahoma are out to an early lead, followed by #24 South Carolina, #18 Auburn, #50 Utah and #7 Texas, who currently occupy the five qualifier positions.
The Flashes will be paired with Kansas State and UT Martin again on Tuesday, with a tee time of 9:45 AM to begin the middle round.
