Columbus, OH... After three weeks off, the Kent State women's golf team will make the short trek to the campus of Ohio State for the final tournament of their spring season at this year's Lady Buckeye Invitational.
This course saw the Flashes put on a show the last time they made the trip to Columbus, finishing just behind the hosts in second place and locking up their best result of the regular season.
Last time out, Kent State was led by freshman Leon Takagi, who finished inside the top 25 of a loaded field at the Clemson Invitational.
Just as it was a season ago the hosts will be the team to beat, as Ohio State enters their home event as the only team ranked in the GolfStat top 25.
The Invitational is set to kick off with a 8:30 AM eastern tee time on Saturday, and Kent State will be paired with two Big 10 foes in Michigan and Nebraska throghout day one.
