
Flashes Set to Face the Troy Trojans in Game Two of MAC-Sun Belt Challenge

KENT, Ohio - The Kent State men's basketball program will visit the Troy Trojans on Saturday, Feb. 10 in its second matchup of the 2023-24 MAC-SBC Challenge, per an announcement from the Mid-American Conference.
The Trojans hold an 11-8 overall record this season and are tied for second in the Sun Belt Conference with a 5-2 record.Â
The Flashes were defeated by James Madison in their first contest in the MAC-SBC Challenge earlier this season in a double overtime game 108-113 at home on Nov. 9.Â
Current NET rankings, projected season finish, and previous cross-conference contests were all considered when making the pairings.Â
The MAC-SBC Challenge is a scheduling alliance of the men's and women's basketball programs in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) and Sun Belt Conference (SBC).Â
