Kent State Drops Weekend Opener at Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. โ The Kent State volleyball team lost to host Buffalo, 3-0 (6-25, 16-25, 23-25), in a Mid-American Conference contest on Friday.
The Golden Flashes (1-12, 0-3 MAC) showed fight in the third set after not leading in either of the first. The final set featured four ties and four lead changes.
Junior Kendall White led Kent State with 13 assists and seven digs. Junior Mackenzie McGuire and senior Anna Shoemake shared the team lead with four kills.
The Flashes and Bulls will battle again on Saturday at 4 p.m.
