
Women’s Golf Reveals Schedule for 2025-26 Season

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State women's golf program revealed the team's 2025-26 schedule on Wednesday as the squad enters its 28th season of competition. The Golden Flashes are set to compete in 11 team events this season, pursuing a 27th consecutive MAC Championship in April to cap off the Spring.
Kent State will open the season September 1-2 at the Boilermaker Classic, set to take place at Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex in West Lafayette, Indiana. It marks the second consecutive season the Flashes have opened at the event. The Flashes will then head to Ann Arbor, Michigan, to take part in the Wolverine Invitational September 7-8, marking a return to the event that the team last appeared in the Fall of 2021.
An international trip then awaits Kent State as the team serves as a co-host at the inaugural Women's Canadian Collegiate Invitational in Aurora, Ontario. The Landmark event is set for September 22-23 at Beacon Hall Golf Club. The Flashes will return to American soil with another familiar event as the team takes part in the prestigious Blessings Collegiate Invitational for the second year in a row, September 29 to October 1 at the Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Kent State will close the Fall season with a trip to Wilmington, North Carolina to take part in the Landfall Tradition, slated for October 24-26 at the Country Club of Landfall.
Following a break in the action over the Winter, the Flashes will open up the Spring season January 25-27 at the UCF Challenge in Orlando, Florida, set to take place at Eagle Creek Country Club. Kent State will then make the team's third consecutive appearance in the Spartan Suncoast Collegiate Invitational, February 15-16 at Palm Aire Country Club in Sarasota, Florida. An early March trip to Las Vegas then awaits the Flashes as the squad takes part in the Lady Luck Invitational, March 2-3 at Las Vegas Country Club.
The Flashes will hit the home stretch of the season as they head to Sunset, South Carolina, March 27-29, for the Clemson Invitational at the Reserve at Lake Keowee. Kent State's final event ahead of the MAC Championship will be the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational at OSU Golf Club in Columbus, Ohio. The 2026 edition of the tournament, set for April 17-18, will mark the fifth consecutive year the Flashes have competed in the event.
Kent State will serve as the host institution of the 2026 MAC Championship, as the team seeks its 27th consecutive conference crown April 26-28 at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio.
