CLEVELAND – Kent State women's basketball will play a nationally-televised contest at the M.A.C. Center for the third year in a row, as the Mid-American Conference announced that the women's basketball game against Ball State has been moved to Sunday, Feb. 1 and will air on CBS Sports Network at 12 p.m.
This is the second year in a row that the teams have been selected to play on the national stage. The Golden Flashes earned a 60-54 victory in a matchup that was broadcast on ESPNU late last season, snapping the Cardinals' 15-game home winning streak against conference opponents.
Fans will have two opportunities to watch Kent State in-person this week with home games against Ohio on Wednesday and rival Akron on Saturday.
