Kedronová Earns Medalist Honors at Lady Luck Invitational, Kent State Places Second

Behind Kedronová's medalist honors and three top-20 finishes, the Kent State Dr. Paula Treckel women's golf team placed runner-up at the inaugural Lady Luck Invitational in Las Vegas. The Golden Flashes finished at 15-over-par 879 after closing the tournament with a 3-over-par 291 in Tuesday's final round.

Kedronová claimed the individual title at 2-under-par 214 after carding a 2-under 70 in the final round, the best round by a Kent State golfer on Tuesday. She entered the day tied for second and used a steady closing round to secure the win by one stroke over UCF's Mila Jurine and host UNLV's Foong Zi Yu, who tied for second at 1-under-par 215.

Isabella Goyette added a top-10 finish for the Golden Flashes, tying for 10th at 4-over-par 220 after a 2-over 74 in the final round. Petra Babicová gave Kent State a third golfer inside the top 20, tying for 19th at 8-over-par 224. Leon Takagi finished 42nd at 16-over-par 232, while Gracie Larsen tied for 52nd at 19-over-par 235 after rebounding with a 1-over 73 on Tuesday.

Kent State finished second in the team standings behind UCF, which won the event at 2-over-par 866. Houston placed third at 22-over-par 886, host UNLV finished fourth at 23-over-par 887 and Oklahoma State rounded out the top five at 30-over-par 894.
