KENT, Ohio — Kent State has announced its entire 27-match schedule for the 2026 season, which includes eight contests at the M.A.C. Center.
The Golden Flashes will open the campaign with three weekend tournaments on the road. The first weekend will be at Virginia Tech, with trips to UT Arlington and Mercyhurst to follow.
The non-conference portion of the schedule once again concludes with matches against the two Horizon League schools located in Northeast Ohio. Kent State will host Cleveland State on Sept. 17 and then travel to Youngstown State on Sept. 18.
Mid-American Conference play will both begin and end with a rivalry matchup, as the Flashes will host Akron on Sept. 23 and then make the short trip down the road to battle the Zips on Nov. 14.
Kent State is also scheduled to play Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Ohio and Toledo twice each. The Flashes will face Ball State, Buffalo, Miami and Western Michigan just once.
The top six teams in the conference standings will compete in the 2026 MAC Tournament, which will be hosted by Ball State from Nov. 20-22.
Ticket information will be available in the coming months.
