2008-09 Sophomore Season

Cross Country – Recorded a season personal-best time at the Iona Meet of Champions by recording a 25:23.4…received Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.

Indoor Track and Field - Earned spot on the Second-Team All-MAC squad as part of the distance medley relay team that took second with a time of 9:48.70 at the conference finals…member of the DMR squad that broke the school record in the event at the Alex Wilson Invitational by clocking a 9:32.05…competed for the DMR team at the NCAA Championships, helping the squad to a 9:42.61-finish…recorded a season personal-best time of 4:10.14 for third place in the mile run at the MAC Championships…posted a 1:50.83 in the 800-meter run at the Kent State Tune-Up, a season personal best…his top season personal time in the 3,000-meter run came at the Kent State Dual where he recorded an 8:32.40…named Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.

Outdoor Track and Field – Earned a berth at the NCAA Mid-East Regional and captured Second-Team All-MAC honors for a 3:45.81-finish in the 1,500-meter run at the MAC Championships where he was runner-up to teammate Tony Jordanek…his time in the MAC 1,500 was a season personal-best and ranked second on team…clocked in at 3:51.97 for 11th place at the regional in the 1,500-meter run finals after qualifying with a 3:47.61 for 12th place in the preliminaries…posted a season personal top time in the 800-meter run at the Campbell-Wright Open where he timed in at 1:51.65…posted victories in the 1,500-meter run (3:59.62) and 800-meter run (1:55.35) at the Northeast Ohio Quad…named to Academic All-MAC Team.

2007-08 Freshman Season

CrossCountry - Took 23rd at the Mid-American Conference Championships with a time of25:44.3…crossed the finish line in 26:17.07 for 23rd at the FalconInvitational…timed in at 27:46.3 for 64th at the All-OhioChampionships…finished 149th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a timeof 26:29…placed 17th in 16:01.2 at the Kent State Short Course Relays.

Indoor Track and Field - Ranthe third leg of the Golden Flashes’ distance medley relay team thatfinished second overall with a time of 9:59.02 at the 2008 Mid-AmericanConference Championships to earn second-team all-conference…thatperformance earned him All-MAC Second Team honors…ran a season best1:55.96 in the 800 meters at the Youngstown State Dual…registered aseason-best of 4:15.74 in the mile at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge.

Outdoor Track and Field - Finished fifth in the 1,500 meters at the 2008 Mid-American Conference Championships with a time of 4:04.63…placed seventh in the 800 meters (1:56.95) at the same meet…recorded a season-best 1:54.89 in the 800 meters at the Jesse Owens Classic…ran a season-best 3:54.50 in the 1,500 meters at the Jesse Owens Classic…established a season-best in the 3,000 meters (8:48.08) at the Duke Invitational.

Prior to Kent State
Placed second in the 1,600 meters at the 2006 OHSAA Division I Track and Field Championships…finished third in the 1,500 meters at the 2006 USATF National Junior Olympics…member of the Ohio Flyer All Stars who won a national championship in the 4x800 meter relays…also a national record holder.
