Sicking, a transfer from South Dakota State, joined Kent State while ranked 16th in the Dutch Ladies Rankings and was a proven winner with victories in both club and national team championships.

"We are excited to have Hester join the Golden Flashes," Kent State head coach Casey VanDamme said. "She is a great addition to our program and her athleticism and power are the strengths of her game. Hester is a great person and will represent us at the highest level and we look forward to watching her progress."

Sicking competed in all ten events in 2021 at SDSU, tying for second at the Jackrabbit Invitational, taking fifth at the Stampede at the Creek, and finishing ninth in the Summit League Championship.
