2016-17 SOPHOMORE YEAR
• Competed in seven tournaments during the spring season, including all three postseason tournaments.Â
• Tied for 23rd overall at the Mid-American Conference Championship.
• Parred the final three holes in the third round of the NCAA National Championship, finishing with an 80 to help advance the team to match play for the first time in program history.Â
• Kicked off the year in the lineup at the Mercedes-Benz Championship, finishing fifth on the team.
• At the Silver Lake Shootout, led the Flashes and finished tied for sixth overall at 11-over par 155, five strokes off the leaders.
2015-16 FRESHMAN YEAR
• Made first collegiate appearance at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championships. Finished with a score of 234 and placed in a tie for 69th.Â
• Appeared in the spring at the Lady Buckeye Invitational and placed in a tie for 54th with a three-round score of 240.Â

• Born March 20, 1997 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina
• Parents are Joel and Sharon Nielsen. Father is the current Director of Athletics at Kent State
• Has a twin sister, Kasey, and younger sister, Kory
• Her mother played golf at Northern Illinois and father played football and baseball at Minnesota State
