• Member of the Ontario REX/EXCEL Program, playing for the Ontario Provincial Team
• Participated in basketball, cross country, soccer track & field and volleyball
• Northern Ontario champion in the 400m run

• Also member of Kent State women's soccer team
• Daughter of Peter and Donna Hellstrom
• Older sister, Jenna, was first All-American in Kent State soccer history in 2016
