Women's Golf Wraps Up Regular Season at Lady Buckeye Invitational

The Kent State women's golf team will wrap up its regular season this weekend at the Lady Buckeye Invitational on April 19-20.
The event is a familiar one to the Golden Flashes, as the team has participated 14 times, including a 6th place finish in 2012 and two wins (2002, 2008).
Josée Doyon, Natalie Goodson, Jennifer Ha, Erin Hawe, Taylor Kim and Wad Phaewchimplee will compete in the six count four tournament. 36 holes will be played on Saturday with a 8:30am shotgun start. The final round will be on Sunday with 8:30am starting tee times.
The invitational will be played on the par-72 Scarlet Course of The Ohio State University Golf Club in Columbus. Also competing in the event will be Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan State, Nebraska, Ohio, Ohio State, Purdue, Texas Tech and Toledo in the 12-team field. Only Kansas, Michigan State and Ohio State are currently seated higher than Kent State in the Golfstat rankings.
Live scoring will be available for all three rounds on Golfstat.com. Updates will be on kentstatesports.com after the completion of each day.
