Kent State Cross Country Back in Action at Falcon Invite

Kent State continues the cross country season on Friday, Oct. 14 at the Falcon Invitational, hosted by Bowling Green. The meet will take place at the Bowling Green Cross Country Course.
The women's 6k Gold race will start at 4:30 p.m. and the men's 8k Gold race is slated for 5:15 p.m.
Previewing the Flashes
The Golden Flashes' men remain at No. 12 in the most recent USTFCCA Men's Cross Country Great Lakes Regional Poll. Baidy Ba has placed in the top 10 in all three races this season and clocked an 8K personal-best of 23:41.0 at the Live in Lou Classic. Four additional runners ran sub-25:00 races for Kent State.
All eight members of the women's team who competed in Louisville clocked a new 5K personal-best time. Leah Lisle continued to lead the way with a time of 18:05.9.
Up Next for the Flashes
Kent State returns to where the season started when it competes at the Mid-American Conference Championships in Athens, Ohio on Oct. 29.
