
Lacrosse Announces 2025 Schedule

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State women's lacrosse has announced its schedule for the 2025 season. The Golden Flashes schedule features 17 games and eight home contests set to be contested at Dix Stadium.Â
The Flashes will begin their season with three consecutive road contests. The opener is set for February 7 at George Mason before a February 9 contest at George Washington. Kent State will close the road stand on February 16 at Mercyhurst.
The home opener is set for February 20 as the Flashes will welcome Presbyterian to town, followed by another home game against Cincinnati on February 23. Kent State will close the month of February with a road contest at Bucknell on February 26.
The Flashes' March slate will open with three consecutive home games against Lindenwood, St Francis, and California Berkeley. The Lindenwood contest is set for March 2 before the St Francis Red Flash visit on March 7. The home stand will conclude with the Golden Bears on March 10.
Two Spring break road contests follow for Kent State, as they will visit Radford on March 12 before MAC play opens at Central Michigan on March 16. The Flashes will conclude a busy March with the first home game of conference play against Detroit on March 23.
The final month of the regular season opens with two important road matches for the Flashes. The eagerly anticipated rivalry matchup at Akron is set for April 6 before the Flashes head to Louisville to take on the Cardinals on April 9.
The penultimate home game of the season will be on April 13 against Eastern Michigan before the Flashes head to Robert Morris for their final road game of the season on April 19. The regular season will conclude at Dix Stadium on April 26 as the Flashes will host Youngstown State.
The 2025 MAC Lacrosse Championship will be held on May 1 and May 3, hosted by the highest seed in regular season play.
