Kent State Lacrosse Honored By IWLCA For Academic Success

Northborough, MASS- The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association announced their academic awards for the 2026 season on Wednesday, and the Golden Flashes were represented well.Â
Twelve members of the Kent State Lacrosse team were named to the IWLCA honor roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.5 or greater.Â
The team as a whole was recognized as an IWLCA Honor squad for academic achievements on a national level. The blue and gold did that by earning 3.709 GPA in the spring semester of 2026.Â

Lizzie Lundeen, Senior; General Business- 3.83
