The Golden Flashes will host No. 18 Michigan on Sunday at Murphy-Mellis Field with the match scheduled to begin at noon.

The Matchup
โข Kent State has a 4-9-3 record all time against Michigan.
โข The two teams last met in 2009 in Ann Arbor, where Kent State won 1-0.
โข The Golden Flashes also took the victory in 2008.ย Prior to that, the Wolverines had won eight meetings in a row spanning from 1992 to 2007.

Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month
โข Kent State field hockey will be teaming up with Camp Quality on Sunday to bring awareness to pediatric cancer.
โข There will be special events taking place pregame and at halftime.

Fall Food Fight
โข Kent State's fall sports are holding a Fall Food Fight to collect non-perishable items to restock the shelves at The Center of Hope in Ravenna, Kent Social Services and the Kent State Food Pantry.
โข Donation bins will be set up at the entrance of Murphy-Mellis Field for all home games.
