Men's Golf to Tee off at Fighting Irish Classic

The Kent State Golden Flashes men's golf team will search for their third straight top ten finish this week at the Fighting Irish Classic in South Bend.
Last time out, KSU finished eighth in a strong field at the Windon Memorial Tournament, led by Chris Vandette who found himself inside the top ten by the end of the final day.
This week's tournament will be a bit more open, with the host team in Notre Dame entering Monday's action as the only ranked team in the field.
The first two rounds are scheduled to begin on Monday, October 4th at The Warren Golf Course, with a shotgun start at 8:30 AM.
After turning in good results last week, both Gilkison brothers will be in the lineup for the second consecutive tournament.
