
Kent State Announces 2024 Volleyball Promotional Schedule

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State volleyball team has announced the 2024 promotional schedule.
The annual Blue vs. Gold scrimmage on Monday, Aug. 19 will be the first chance for fans to see the Golden Flashes in action at the M.A.C. Center. Schedule posters and Flash's Flock folders will be the giveaway. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m.
The first 200 students at the home opener against Cleveland State on Sept. 19 will receive a KSU tumbler. The Golden Flashes will open Mid-American play against Eastern Michigan on Sept. 26 on RecWell Night and features shaker bottle (250) and performance hoodie (500) giveaways. A Kent State bucket hat will be given to the first 200 students the following night against the Eagles for Throwback Night.
After a short road stint, Kent State will return to the M.A.C. Center on Oct. 18 to host Miami for Block Out Cancer Night and the annual Pink Out game. The first 200 fans will receive a KSU-branded pink cowboy hat. On Oct. 19, the Flashes host Ball State for Unity Day, with the first 200 fans receiving K-Pride t-shirts.
On Nov. 1, the Flashes will host the Zips for the Gold Out game and Community Night. Gold replica sherseys will be available for the first 500 fans.
Join us to celebrate 50 years of Kent State Volleyball the following night (Nov. 2). Fans are encouraged to once again wear gold and '50 Years of Kent State Volleyball' t-shirts will be given to the first 250 through the M.A.C. Center doors.
On Nov. 5, KSU hosts Ohio for Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night. The first 200 fans will receive a pen holder alarm clock. The Flashes then close out the home slate with two matches against Toledo. Be sure to pick up any giveaways you may have missed throughout the season as part of Fan Appreciation Night on Nov. 15. Senior Day will be on Nov. 16. The giveaway will be replica Fatheads of our senior class.
Once again this season, fans will have the opportunity to meet the Flashes and get autographs in the main lobby following each home contest.
