Notes:
- This weekend will mark the first time the Golden Flashes have ever competed at the prestigious Landfall Tradition. The 2025 edition of the event features an 18-team field entirely comprised of teams ranked within the top 86 of the Scoreboard national rankings, including six top-25 teams.
- The Golden Flashes have had a successful start to the 2025-26 season, earning four top-three finishes and a team victory in the opening four events of the Fall. In the team's last outing, Kent State claimed second place at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, finishing behind tournament host Arkansas. The Flashes' team victory at the Wolverine Invitational in September, over a field that included nine power-conference opponents, was the Flashes' first win in a non-MAC Championship event since the Sunflower Invitational in October 2022.
- Veronika Kedronova returns to the Kent State lineup after missing the Blessings Collegiate Invitational to compete for Czechia at the World Amateur Team Championship in Singapore. The junior led her country to an 11th-place finish among the 33 nations competing, tying for 31st among the 108 golfers competing at even-par. In her last appearance with Kent State, Kedronova earned the fourth individual win of her career at the inaugural Women's Canadian Collegiate, where she finished at 8-under-par in the rain-shortened 36-hole event.
- Leon Takagi has finished in the top-11 of all four events she has played in for Kent State this Fall. The lone senior on Kent State's roster has posted five rounds of par or better and two rounds in the 60s through 11 rounds played this season. Takagi opened her season with three consecutive top-five finishes before tying for 11th in her previous outing at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational.
- Aryn Matthews recorded her best finish of the season in her most recent outing at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, where she finished in tenth for the second top-ten finish of her collegiate career. Matthews has finished in the top 20 of her last three appearances for the Flashes, fueled by five rounds of par or better this season.
- Isabella Goyette is also carrying good form into the final event of the Fall after posting back-to-back top-ten finishes in her last two appearances for Kent State. In her most recent outing at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, Goyette finished in ninth place after matching her season-best round with a 2-under-par 70 in round three.
- After some struggles to start the season, Gracie Larsen showed why she was named the 2024-25 MAC Freshman of the Year at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational. The sophomore from Australia finished in fifth place at 4-over-par, matching her career-best score in round two with a 1-under-par 71. Larsen increased her tally of rounds of par or better to ten in her collegiate career heading into the final event of her second Fall season.
