
Lacrosse, Nine Golden Flashes Earn IWLCA Academic Honors

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — The Kent State University women's lacrosse program was named one of the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squads, while nine student-athletes earned spots on the Academic Honor Roll for the 2024-25 academic year, the organization announced on Wednesday.
The Golden Flashes were among 376 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads, which requires a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
The IWLCA Academic Honor Roll is awarded to junior, senior, or graduate student-athletes who have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
