Alison Seberger begins her third season as a Director of Operations on the women’s basketball staff.
Seberger’s primary responsibilities include coordinating the team’s travel arrangements and film exchange, supervising the team’s managerial staff, running summer camps and performing other administrative tasks.
Prior to joining the Kent State staff, Seberger spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Division II Lenior-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. Her duties included coordinating travel, overseeing the team managerial staff, fulfilling recruiting and compliance needs, directing game day operations, managing the team's community outreach efforts and serving as an assistant strength and conditioning coach among other coaching functions.
Seberger played at Illinois State from 2010-14, serving as a team captain in her final season and earning numerous academic and leadership accolades. Throughout her playing years, she coached an AAU team, completed an internship in marketing and was an Illinois State camp counselor and university marketing representative.
The Geneva, Illinois native earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies from Illinois State and completed a master's degree in leadership at Lenoir-Rhyne in 2016.
