Kent State Falls in Second Game of Road Trip

NOTRE DAME, Ind. โ The Kent State women's lacrosse team (0-4) suffered a setback against No. 20 Notre Dame (5-0) on Sunday, falling to the Fighting Irish 27-0.
Madison Rapier recorded four draw controls for the Flashes, while Pilar Lewis and Alyssa Monroe each caused a turnover. Grace Merrill tallied six saves.
Notre Dame had six different girls each record two or more goals, led by Andie Aldave who recorded four goals for the Irish.
Up Next
The Flashes return home next Sunday, March 3 for a matchup with St. Bonaventure at 1 p.m. at Dix Stadium. Following the home matchup, Kent State will hit the road for a three-game road trip that includes games against Michigan, Detroit Mercy and Saint Francis (Pa.).
