MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Kent State lacrosse team (3-7, 2-3 MAC) fell to Robert Morris (9-2, 5-0 MAC) Friday afternoon on the road.
The Golden Flashes jumped on the board first behind a Jackie Wolford goal on an assist by Abby Jones. Wolford finished the day with two goals. She has now recorded all 12 of her goals this season in the last five games.
It was all RMU from there as they outscored the Flashes, 23-3, from that point and earned the victory. For Kent State, Megan Kozar and Katie Pettine each added a goal to round out the afternoon's goal scoring.
